AMC asked us to help them with an activation event to promote Border Security on CBS Reality in South Africa.

We engaged our tribe on the ground to kit out an area of the busy Menlyn Park Mall near Pretoria, where we could engage with passing shoppers and build awareness around the show the the brand.

Participating shoppers were invited to have their photo taken, which was keyed into an exotic summer location and posted on FB, before being entered into a prize draw to win DStv decoders and an iPad.

The stunt created a great buzz in the mall, and we were also able to gather some data around the participants and brands. And 96% of participants said they’d watch the show as a result of the stunt!
