We’ve been massive fans of the brilliant Portuguese artist Bordalo II ever since we first saw his work on the streets of Lisbon. So we were super excited to have him involved with The Circus, a beach and cocktail bar in Cascais.

What we love most about the Bordalo II work is that it not only looks amazing, but he makes use of discarded plastic objects that would otherwise end up in the oceans or landfills. Each of his pieces has the purpose of making a difference and protecting our planet.
